What a beautifully written and thought-provoking piece. It comes at a perfect time for me as I am a little more than two months into Frank Ostasetski and Vinny Ferraro‘s Year to Live course at Spirit Rock and I just got laid off in a 10% reduction at force at my company. Would love to talk to you more about this.

Kate, thanks for reading and for commenting. I'm really sorry to hear about the layoff--I'm sending you my best energies for what unfolds next. And I can see how that Year to Live course will be a powerful accompaniment. So glad you're here and look forward to the ongoing conversation.

Click on the hyperlink and look to the column in the lower right about Forrest Church. I think I read one of his sermons in my early 20s and it really resonated.
